Q: Does your factory pass any Audits?
  Yes, Our factory has many audits like BSCI, SEDEX, Walmart, Target, Sedex, Coca-Cola, ICTI, FAMA and so on.
Q: Can we print our own brand?
  Yes, of course. 
Q: Can you make samples according to our own design and requests?
  We offer new items and create on customers' request or samples from customers. OEM is also welcome.
Q: Will the sample fee refund?
  When your order value is more than USD $10000, sample free will refund to you. 
Q: What's the sample time? 
  5-7 days after details provided and sample fee received. 
Q: What's the delivery time?
  Usually the order will be finished in 60 days after sample approved and deposit received. If your order is urgent, that's acceptable however you will need to pay more money.
